Southern Web Group today launched its semi-custom Website offering.  These new customizable sites will allow real estate agents to provide a professional-looking Website at an affordable price.

The semi-custom Website package setup fee is $850.00.  A monthly fee of $70 includes Web hosting, e-mail and IDX service.

Southern Web Group began the new semi-custom offering with nearly 40 customizable looks in a wide variety of colors.  Clients may further customize the looks of these sites for an additional fee.

Each site offers a strong resource library, real estate glossary, e-mail update functionality, property organizer, a featured properties page and one of the strongest MLS search tools available.
